Hi there!

I’ve been in the spa industry since 2008. 2024 marks 8 years as a licensed Massage Therapist and 4 as a licensed Esthetician. I have a true passion for helping people with total body wellness. I graduated with Honors in both of my degree programs and can say with confidence, that I really understand the complexities of the Integumentary (skin) and Musculoskeletal systems and am an excellent problem solver when it comes to finding and fixing ailments related to those systems. 

Education is an integral part of my practice. I put a strong emphasis on helping my clients understand what’s going on with their bodies and teach them the tools necessary to aid in treatment and healing at home. I am not a one and done provider. I take my time to assess the tissue, inside and out, and create a treatment plan that actually makes sense for what you need specifically. 

In addition to Massage and Esthetics, I’ve been an Adult Ballroom and Latin Rhythm dance instructor since 2010 and have a wealth of dance education and training before that. Having studied classic Ballet, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Cheer, and all of my Ballroom and Latin Styles, I fully understand how the body moves and what's needed to keep the joints, tendons and ligaments at their best. When I’m not in the spa, I like to spend my time with a good book, cooking or with my Husband and our pups in Nature.
